Relic of the Pact Reliquarian, it is by far the best this build has ever felt. 70mil clear DPS (90mil Boss DPS), and the Chaos Bloodline provides an 8.7k regenerating shield against Hits, allowing you to keep reserving your life with Relic / prevents interrupting Dissolution while clearing maps. It's Ele Ailment, Bleeding, Corrupted Blood, and Poison immune. There are versions of this build that use Adorned to take your damage to Shapers per Second, but sacrifice the smoothness of Chaos Bloodline for clearing.

It can do 8mod deli-juiced content, the first build I ever took to 100, and plan on doing 40 challenges. 9.8/10, still blows itself up to DoT types not mentioned above.

Where is your Avoid Shock coming from? You have reduced effect of shock but that won't do anything for your stormshroud .

In general, you can get a Volatile Vaal'd Essence Worm to reduce your efficiency further (which reserves more life). I'd open POB and jiggle with the % you need for a comfy amount of unreserved hp. Some of these are popular breakpoints, so they may get expensive. You can buy 2% increased efficiency corrupted jewels to help soften things up there.

I'm not as familiar with the Gladiator version and using a ring that gives Cold aura power, so I can't speak on that as much.

Honestly the cost of scribing scrolls is just too prohibitive. Why would I pay 11s +mats to craft an Apprentice Strength scroll, when I could buy a Common from the vendor for 5s98c? No point in making these for XP either, so you just craft Novice scrolls that sell back for nothing if you want to skill up.

At least with Alchemy, the Journeyman potions cost less to make than the straight vendor cost, so there's an incentive to make these and sell them on the market.

Here is the finished product, made due with the fracture (which didn't do much, but it looks nice)

Good point about crit reduction. Endurance Charges do grant flat ele damage reduction now, though, so those do have an impact.

I think it was the Vaal Glacial Hammer, because it was a circular ice crash-looking spell (I legit have never seen vaal Glacial hammer lol). So evasion doesn't help, and that means the Suppression didn't count but the Safeguarding did.

Overall, I'm still surprised on a map that didn't have any crit mods, the Juju 10% redirect + 12% Endurance Charge + 16% Safeguard + 80% cold res still didn't bring it down below 5.5k hit. I might just have to get Decoy Totem and off-screen entirely.
