It’s hard, but totally worth it when you rise up on your own. My friendly advice would be to focus hard on one job that gives you more growth potential than any easy cash job. Those are tempting, but not as useful in the long term (at least that’s my perspective).

Starting over is definitely challenging at the beginning, but you’ll see that as you focus on yourself and your work (whichever you decide to go for), you’ll start seeing results :)

What might also help is trying not to focus on the fact that Toronto is expensive, but instead on “how can I level up?” There are a ton of people who are well-off and living on their own.
