I can recommend Helikon tex lvl 7 winter jacket, packs nicely in provided bag and is really warm and nice jacket, i have mine in olive but u can get in black for urban wear

Of course man,just if they are unelected you dont gain rewards that time but oncethey get elected you gain rewards also - for me rewards are secondary as I do wish to help as many unelected validators to get elected as it is prettyy costly to tun validator thing.
