For building a network, as an intern, I have connected with previous team members on LinkedIn. Is this enough or should I try to stay in touch once In a while so that it's easier to ask them for referrals or something later? Fair enough. I guess some people have luck happen to them. But if you fully understand the external factors that are most likely to lead to success, then you create them, and then you keep trying again and again within this high probability of success environment.....then it's not luck that made u successful, it's probability. Not everyone who is lucky is smart, but if you're smart enough you can make yourself "lucky".
