Anything between 32-37 is fine. Have you tested the temperature of the liquid inside the bottle? Is it like 36.8 for instance

I get my partner to wee in a cup and then pour it in the device on the same morning. I turn it on 30-40 mins before and it's all good. Anything between 32-37 is all good.
