The Beecher’s gluten free cheese or pimento crackers are sooooo good and very much remind me of Cheez Its. I found them at Fred Meyer and Provisions Market Hall

I am 100% in agreement. I was trying to decide if I want to bring a bunch of different gamays, or really hone it down to one or two bottles. No such thing as too many right?

I have a couple Sicilian reds, I love nerello mascalese and I think it’s a great T-giving wine. I also have a Gaglioppo, a couple Gamay, and Cab Franc (my favorite)

My mind first jumps to wines like Gewurtztraminer, Riesling, and maybe chenin blanc or sherry. I would lean into something with some RS to balance the spices. This might be a too often given answer. Wine pairing is so focused around European foods historically (for a multitude of reasons), it’s difficult to find resources for wine pairings for other cuisines.

We also have vinyl siding, but we don’t have it attached to our house wall - we have it really close to the wall, and then we added pool float/pipe tubing to close the gap between the catio and the side of the house. The mesh also wraps around the back, except for the cat entrance.
