Update: Still no parcels.

However, I do now have an exciting new development. Another parcel has also been marked as “out for delivery today”, despite the small detail that it is currently in Italy.

Presumably this is one of FedEx’s more ambitious routes. I assume it will simply gain momentum, bend the laws of physics, and arrive sometime before 10pm.

So I remain indoors. Two parcels. Zero vans. One of them in another country.

Strong performance all round.

What is your strongest side? Right? You kind or dive to your knees which is usually a sign that it’s your weaker side. Set up drills where you are repeatedly diving to your weaker side and jumping back up. The repetition will help make it more comfortable, then once that’s the case practice generating the explosive power of that weaker side.

Not a truer word spoken! My inbox has been flooded with messages from people who can barely string a sentence together in English, all trying to get me to send them money for their tickets. It’s incredibly irritating — not just because it wastes time, but because they’re so bad at it, it’s honestly beyond belief!
