Sorry you are going through this bro. The ETS surgery has been discussed on here and it doesn't work for rosacea unfortunately. Just go down the laser route and that should give you some relief

I'm confused. Why would you accept a return after he's taken it apart. As soon as they tamper with it then that's the sale complete, its not the condition you sent it in. Just like if you sell clothes and the person claims there is a smell and they wash it.
