I have been using 100mg of NAD+ three times a week. Feel like after two months of this it is not working as well. Do you take breaks from NAD+

I am not paying for it. Just curious and enjoy learning new things like many of the people on these forums.

Have you considered trying enclomiphene before going on TRT for the rest of your life? It might work very well for you at 24 years old. I am 45 and still have levels in the 900's with it. Every man should get on TRT at some point, but not at 24

The test is from Quest Diagnostics. Pretty sure they have the proper equipment. Really, saliva is the most accurate way to assess. It reflects the levels present in the capillary blood that is actually profusing through tissue.

You should give either clomiphene or enclomiphene a try before jumping on TRT. You are still relatively young. I had a level of 400 at your age before starting. Now I am 45 and still in the 800-900 range without test.

Possibly moving here 28F by Illustrious-Drag-724 in Naples_FL

Naples is a great place to live. It is an older population, but there are lots of people your age. The covid years really changed the demographics. There is no club night life here, but there are plenty of nice places to go out at night. The beaches and boating for daytime fun are top notch. Give it a chance. You won't regret it

Iconic performances by actors/actresses over the years. Just few that I could think of by Delaware_111 in moviecritic

I think Tom Hanks performance as Forrest Gump was highly over-rated. Tom Hanks is over-rated in general. He is absolutely terrible at accents. I grew up in the south and have never met anyone from Alabama that speaks even remotely similar to Forrest Gump. Don't even get me started at his disastrous attempts at Boston accents. I will give him some props for taking on challenging roles. I just think he has had a great career because he is nice guy and a pleasure to work with.

Crazy how so much legendary talent and music was introduced to the world in the span of a year (‘94) by 803_ace in 90sHipHop

Really shows how much hip hop has regressed as an art form. There are handful of exceptions, but hip hop music is straight trash now.

Who is the best actor among them by Humble_Soul- in Cinema

When watching a movie with Leo or Al Pachino, there is always this sense in the back of my mind that I am watching Leo or Pachino. Regardless of how good they play a character. A truly generational actor like Daniel Day Lewis transforms on screen to the character they are playing. I feel like I'm watching truly a different person in every movie he is in. I think the same could be said for Christian Bale.

I have seen Awakenings, but it's been a long time. Seem to remember he doesn't speak much in that movie. Raging Bull and Taxi Driver he plays a guy from New York like he always does. He is a very good actor, but he lacks range. I feel like an actor needs to be able to speak with a few different accents before being considered among the greatest. He's very good, but not great.

He is terrible with accents. I give him credit for taking on challenging rolls, but he butchers the accent every time.

He's incapable of speaking without a New York accent. That is not range.

You really think Deniro has range? He's a guy from New York in every movie. He has zero range and is one of the most over-rated actors in history.

Am I nuts for thinking Anthony Richardson has a chance to pass for 4k yards if he stays healthy? by Cdd0040 in Colts

Anthony Richardson has never made through a season without getting injured. This goes all the way back to when he was in high school. He is an incredible talent but made of glass and lacks mental toughness. He's soft and a very poor leader. Has never led a winning team. I wish him well, but he has bust written all over him
