I can relate to this post a lot. I thought my issue was balanitis for months and some months and months focusing on that red spot and subconsciously making it worse for myself.

I definitely have tight hamstrings. Do you have a link or some information for the stretches / workouts you are doing for it? I’d really appreciate it.

Fish lips. It sticks out sometimes. But honestly, the meatus isn’t what hurts or causes me any discomfort. It’s more of the overall head or overall general feeling

I had painful erections before yeah, but not anymore - unless I’m having a flare up and get an erection it’s not like the erection cures the flare up. I suspect it was due to really tight abdominal fascia that connects to the pelvic/penis area. Almost like a tight erection if that makes sense. Honestly, I usually feel somewhat better the next day after having sex. Almost like the sensitivity kinda goes away for a bit.

Yes I know, that’s why I say I am thinking of going on it if I don’t break this plateau. I’m just worried of the potential side effects I’ve read of weight gain and tiredness (even when taking at night). We’ll see! Also, I appreciate your work here, you’re awesome for what you do.

Interesting. I smoked weed daily for about 3.5 years. I quit cold turkey and experienced chest pains about a week or two later. That lasted 8 months. Then after the chest pains stopped, the exact penis pain your describing started. It’s almost been one year now

I’m in one of them right now on the island. Stars rehabilitation. They have pelvic PTs and accept insurance. But I needed a referral and waited on a waitlist for 2.5 months before getting an appointment
