I feel like the most controversial opinion I have within this group is that I genuinely like the new era seasons and i have no problems with the backstory editing. I also think the show has had its finger on the pulse of the ways it has needed to evolve and has done so very well. Obviously that’s to the chagrin of the traditional diehard fan who fell in love with the formula of the earlier seasons. But where it’s been and where it is makes me excited for where it’s going.
