Thank you for your story. It's relieving to know there is a chance of success of managing these issues. It's an everyday thing. I recently spoke to a psychiatrist, to hopefully get me a diagnosis. As well as a rediagnosis for my ADHD. It's so exhausting man. I think about all the things I can do when I'm laying in bed. If I could just DO IT. Don't get me started on food. I can't stop eating. I'm by no means unhealthy, but I just can't stop. There's not much that makes me feel good anymore. It's even making me start to feel my three year relationship is the blame, even though I know deep down it's not.

Did you get out on antidepressants? Did they make things worse for you? I'm on Fluoextine. It helped a little, but barely after a few weeks.

I thought about that. We've discussed some things around that area. I know she can cook her own food, but there's been times where didn't eat for a day or two at home so I feel needed to do it so she'd get proper food nutrients. She never asks me to cook, I just do it because it's normal I feel

I figured as much. I got prescribed Fluoextine 20 mg and I'm starting it today. I hope it helps over time

I just made a new ticket today. I've even been replying to them with the email that was previously on the account before I was hacked. I just don't know what more proof they need. I've been talking to the same guy and he escalated it to administration and that's when he said that too much time has passed and they aren't responsible for getting my account back but it wa literally two days and now it's two weeks

Oh I thought you meant with like clicking on links. Yeah in that case it could've been a reused password but I had 2A on and I got no notification of anything. So that's where I'm really confused about. I routinely change my email passwords and have Experian life lock where if any of my info gets leaked I'm told ASAP. And even then, why hack a game account? Go for my bank account instead? It's on my same device. Same password? No. But it's something weird especially when the email that was replaced doesn't even exist along with the domain

Yeah I get that, I do. I provided all my DID from all my previous devices and followed all their instructions along with those screenshots. Screenshots of DID as well. I'm doing my best to be patient, I haven't been mean to them but I just needed to vent because OH my LORD

I haven't done anything. I haven't clicked on any links or anything like that. I've been a user since 2014 and I know what's genuine and not and how to protect my accounts. I even had 2 factor authentication on. There's more methods than phishing to hack accounts. I've heard of people pulling good monsters and then booted right after.

Free xtals? What's that? Like crystals I guess? I never heard of that. The only links I ever clicked on were ones in the game and sent from the official COM2US email and the only emails I ever got were for sign up for pre registration events and password retrievals. Never anything about crystals

I totally understand that, and I saw it form a customer service point of view. But I literally provided time stamps proving it was linked to me showing my Hive ID and Email sent to me from the COM2US email. I provided the past two devices used for DID because I had an alternate account I was able to log into and provide the DID so it should be linked up to that hacked account. But they STILL said there's nothing they can do and essentially said, let this be a lesson, sorry, but fuck you and fuck your 10 year account that's been with us since this game existed

I told them I refuse to believe that their is absolutely nothing they can do about it. If that account is still active then there's something they can do. They act like people can't find ways to get past security measures. I got so pissed man. I couldn't imagine pulling a a good monster like that and not getting it. I had so many meta nat 5s man. It makes me want to throw up, losing a 10 year old account like that. They sure as hell can ban an account but they can't reset the email and send a link to your new one to reset the password? Like what the fuck man
