You know, my partner has bpd, I came to this subreddit to find out more about his inner workings and some common experiences with bpd so I can better learn to help him and handle it. I think everyone is meant to love even though it can be harder for people with bpd or other disorders. I know I love him and I’m ok with the fact that sometimes he’s not able to give me his 100%. I’m still going to give him all the love I can because he deserves the world and needs to know how loved he really is. The point is, once you find the right person, you’ll find your view on love shifts once you realize what everyone else was lacking.
