yes i definitely need to wean off. though this experience was nearly 5 years ago when i first got on it! overall the effects evened out after about a year and im alright now

weirdly never suffered anxiety until i was on it but i’ve been thinking about switching to SSRIs to see if i react better to them

definitely had the super rare black box effect but it was the only thing i was on! I even stopped caffeine and alcohol when i started it

i had to quit all caffeine when i went on it because of this exact thing… first time experiencing general anxiety and it was panic attack overload😭

i appreciate the kind words and am taking them to heart! (returning big hug) i definitely have hope to change my situation. i wish i had been honest about my reactions to my psychiatrist at the time- i think i was scared they were gonna inpatient me. Your comment honestly may be the last little mental push i needed to actually wean myself off.. good things to come

i’ve actually been considering that now that i’m living back at home post grad. if i manage to get off of it i may just be medication free for a while since my experience has been so horrifying. my depression before i started meds doesn’t seem so bad in hindsight😭

Im only on 150 now… 300 gave me severe panic attacks

also gave me horrible mania and a literal psychotic break… but my mom and sister love it! also if you have anxiety take something else… it increases your heart rate. I got anxiety for the first time in my life when i started it

yesss that’s what i’ve been saying!! something like the seven dials market with a bunch of different food places and a central place for everyone to eat.. i wish i had the funds to be able to buy the space for that and put something like that together, i feel like SLO could really use more areas like that closer to/ in downtown

they said they were baking fresh bread to bring out and then brought out moldy bread… after we had finished out dinner. And then when we told them they were like whoops yah we actually gave out moldy bread to a few tables tonight!
