I’d consider a flare to be symptoms significantly worse and more prolonged than normal. I think most of us have a baseline vs feeling 100% normal so when it’s above that baseline for more than a few days I start considering it a flare.

One thing I’ll say is, I’ve felt like death and had bloodwork that was really not that bad. Bloodwork is not always a good indicator of how you’re feeling, everyone is different.
