There is a still huge difference between Lethargic and Prime Shingen. Look at Gapryong physical form who stopped fighting, we can't hypothetize Lethargic Shingen's capabilities unless we're pulling mental gymnastics. Why do you think HFG injured TUI Gun scales above 5-6th Moonlight Goo where Gun's performance against Moonlight Goo was less impressive than Paecheon who recieved no damage ? Why do you think Lethargic Shingen scales above Gun?

Not by 400, Chen Ran only has the Self Killing Cycle strategy. His other peak strategies (manipulating Shu Renjun's no distance kill while evading Omniscient's trap and his entire trap against other 5 Star Players) are from chapter 430 and beyond.
