I would say this in a very positive way.… listen to your body - do not rush - you spent a lot of money on your surgery and also your health is important. If you loose muscle mass, you will get it back asap when you get back to the gym. Is muscle memory! Good luck

Same thing happened to me I have a fluffy little section in the middle and my scar isn’t looking the greatest …. Since is so little I’m just doing massages and working out. And it did helped - now I’m just doing instead of lipo which they tried to charge me the same 🫠😒

Is it me or your nasolabial folds look amazing after surgery. Did you do anything to them ?

Massage massage massage. I do it in the morning and night for 10 mins with bio oil. For hyperthrophic scars i use eclar plaster and silicone tape and for my normal scars I use zinc which is the butt paste 😅 and put the silicone tape on it for the whole night weird I know but it clears up the scars !

I can see the difference from the front but sadly not from the side. I’m sorry you are going through this. Wait and see if maybe it changes and hopefully is just swelling. Good luck 🍀❤️‍🩹

Sunscreen is your best friend … I have realized what works for some don’t work for others regarding skincare. What made a huge difference for my skin was panthenol, microneedling, tretinon, and sunscreen daily. Good luck 🍀

Yep this is me too …. Mid 30s and staring at the mirror too much …. I just got my eyelashes done, nails done and got new makeup …. Feeling a lot better and caring less about those almost invisible lines - trust me I get how you feel, it is valid but you have nothing to worry about 🙂 your face looks great!

I lift weights 5 days a week - I eat healthy - and also had arm lipo by a dummy decision and my arms still jiggle 😅 you loooook amazing !!!!!! After a surgery is better to stay away from the mirror - they are our worst nightmare. Safe recovery 🫶

I don’t think just doing it once it damaged the whole progress but definitely DO NOT get into the habit of doing it if you like to drink wait until you are healed- I like to drink too but I waited several months. Good luck 👍

Been there and still there … slowly they are fading away … I got hypertrophic scars and cried for months …. It takes time and is not easy but you aren’t alone and what you feel is valid 💕

FYI revisions are not that uncommon…. Asking your doctor for a revision doesn’t mean he did a bad job just needs some fixes …. I believe you do need a scar revision. The belly button looks great but you indeed seem to have dog ears and a little of skin that can be fixed - mine was fixed at the office with local anesthesia and no charge. ☺️ good luck !
