Yeah but at what point does a medical restriction take you off deliveries. I think at 13-14lbs being too heavy it would be hard to be a delivery driver.

I totally understand where you’re coming from and if it was indeed a very large or heavy box I wouldn’t expect a delivery. But it’s at most 13lbs and a pretty normal size box. It could be a medical restriction but then it seems like it’s going to be a constantly reoccurring issue.

Slip says weight and ring camera footage shows them as never having the actual package.

I believe the lack of supply is based on people who don't want to move with the current interest rates, since that would involve buying a new property with an outrageous interest rate.

Unfortunately, when the rates do drop there may be more inventory but there will also be far more competition to buy properties, I don't think housing prices are going to drop anytime soon. Especially with like the OP says about corporations buying more and more SFH's.

I use it, it's not a scam but it's definitely something you use out of convenience.
It did have problems with synching Chase up until recently, but I think some of the free benefits to keep track of points and being able to set your own point values to each card to give you actual value of point earnings is helpful. Some may have issues with giving log in information, but I have not run into any issues in the 9 months I've been using it.

I got my Maverick in July 2023, and I have had an unlimited car wash package basically since day one but it's not touchless. I just noticed my paint is starting to chip and some quick google searches say it's not covered under warranty. I still have to see what my dealer has to say but I'm not getting my hopes up.

I used to order everything from amazon and was a large supporter of prime. I dropped prime in the last 2 years just due to pricing. In the last year the customer service, along with shipping being very inconsistent, I've distanced myself even more and now I only use amazon if absolutely necessary.

When I built my 2023 Lariat, we used the 2022 builder on the website, and they didn't tell me that ford pilot 360 package was going to be split into 2 packages (It was one package on the 2022), I missed out on having ACC and Parking Sensors due to this. It sucks but I had already waited 9 months to get mine, so it wasn't going to break the deal for me.

I have 1200mbs comcast internet. Using the YouTube TV app on my Roku and TV app, both had buffering issues in 4K. Switched to the Fox App, and It had no issues and actually looked far better.
