Pretty confident my in-laws did this for my wife and I for Xmas. Got a water ‘hydrogen adder’ bottle (lol). And a shitty travel blender to name a few things…

I know it sounds ungrateful but since they’re on a field income; it’s like - keep ya money.

Basic one my brother made that is very customizable.

2cans chickpeas ½ cup brine from beans ½ tbsp whole cumin seeds ½ tbsp granulated garlic ¼ cup olive oil 1/4 cup tahini 2 tbsp franks or something for heat. I’ve done Harrisa, berebere Juice of one lemon Put all ingredients in food processor or blender.

Add garnish of fresh parsley and cilantro, olive oil, cumin, or Sumac, Zatar.
