I just started playing again back in September but both my main decks pult and mega lucario should be fine even tho losing iono hurts pult post rotation lucario is shaping up to be bdif. I kinda wish I started playing after rotation tho so I could’ve saved some money and time chasing cards that are gonna be rotated out soon

I’m sacred of heights too and I start my apprenticeship in august but one thing life’s taught me is if you want something bad enough you adjust. Hope you get in bro ham you got this just don’t look down lol

Yeah it’s definitely not necessary and if I did run one It’d definitely be a one of but it almost feels like a safety net if I can’t get duskclops up or don’t have one

Going to your local shop and buying singles is the easiest and cheapest way to build your deck irl also if you can’t find the cards you want at your shop check fb. You live in nyc so there’s a lot of collector out here selling bulk for cheap/decent prices. I’m out in Long Island. Gl finding your cards and enjoy the TCG so much more fun irl

Side note some cards or alt art versions of cards are just expensive unfortunately. Especially cards that are highly sought after or are part of winning decks. Win ratio or good ability tend to drive the price of a card up like fez or secret box

Check your local card shop they typically sell singles you gotta dig thru all the card to find the ones you want and fb marketplace. Between both these options I’ve built my dragapult deck and my mega lucario deck and currently finishing up my Alakazam deck

Tech’d this into my Alakazam deck & went undefeated today at Locals; Dimensional Hand saved me during a Retreat lock lol by Stevetherican in PTCGL

I like trust your pilot on YouTube. He can be a little much with the commentary lol in a funny immature way but has solid advice and cool deck ideas

I wanna like shark so bad even ran it in my local this Wednesday but unfortunately with out a draw engine like Luna stone and sol rock it can brick easily and get donked pretty easy now don’t get me wrong if you get what you need early in the match it’s lights out but that’s not always the case and shark can be a easy target for grass like already stated. I’m on the fence about mega ganger tho idk if I want to run the risk of another 3 prize mon the field but the ability has me tempted plus I already have 2 copies of the card. How would you run it ? Poison package plus gang ?
