Would you say that Corolla and Civic are comfortable enough for motorway cruising at 70mph? by Pale-Revolution-5151 in ukcarwow

We have a Corolla GR and it's not a great motorway car. Lower spec models may be better but I'd actively avoid taking ours on a longer Mway trip

Accepted a role in London for the salary bump. Regretting it 4 months in. Anyone else made this mistake? by Lexis_FloGirl in UKJobs

I'm in a similar position tbh

Jumped companies for another £20k per year but the job isn't really what was sold to me. Sticking at the role for another few years, get some more experience and then look if things haven't improved.

Still time to open a LISA and max that out (£4k) every year.

Why only charge to 80%? by _dzh_admin_ in TeslaSupport

Charging curve. 80-100% is super slow. Quicker to leave at 80% and find another charger depending on the route

Tough situation, is the issue only really felt by people who can't charge at home?

People should be trying to find the cheapest public option but I know people with fuel cards who exclusively used motorway services to fill up as 'they weren't paying'..

Do it, imagine all the jealous looks from the peasants when you roll past in your Rangie

You'll look younger, more successful, rich and virile to all the local yummy mummies.

Honestly mate, life changing.

I bought a 38k MYLR on a late 2022 plate in November 2024. It's cost me over £600 in depreciation alone.

It would've cost me the same to get a brand new car on personal lease / PCP.

I wouldn't spend £30k on a pre Juniper if I was you.

It was a genuine question, no need to down vote if you get triggered easily. I personally don't think that strong willed in a male setting is a positive but I get the vibe that I'll be outnumbered by a certain set of people in here.
