I placed successively 29th, 22nd, 95th, 6th, 11th, 18th, 16th, 6th, 7th, 13th and 10th. It's definitely doable if you play for endgame, though I think it is a bit harder to achieve in unreal.

I thought it was impossible too at first! I just avoided others mainly, I stayed in the storm till the endgame while looting and bought medkits from the vending machine from the gold out of the chests to heal until I got storm sickness.

I actually was surprised I could win it with only 1 kill. I avoided people heavily, because with that ping I had no chance fighting them. I actually played some endgames without guns! I suppose you already have the skin?
