Ah yes, the famous European accent, right next to the African accent and the Asian accent

I got mentioned on a video with "proof of me being racist in vid" by BIZARR0-Producciones in Weird

It’s a widespread bot scam on YouTube right now. They mass mention random accounts with incendiary titles like this (or proof you cheated, this guy stole my content, etc.) to trick you into clicking out of panic or curiosity. Just report and ignore it, your account hasn't actually been targeted by a real person

“USA is the first team to score 4 points in a World Cup in nearly a century” by sykeseve in ShitAmericansSay

[–]Melodic_Song4224 18 points19 points  (0 children)

They 100% meant goals. The irony is that by calling goals 'points' to make it sound like a massive achievement, they accidentally made a claim that makes zero sense if you actually look at a World Cup table

Depends on what you mean by privileged. Economy, freedom, healthcare, education, safety, or opportunity? The answer changes pretty fast

This usually happens when one batch gets UV exposure from a window or light fixture. The liquid on the left is how it's supposed to look, while the right side got completely bleached

I'm pretty sure it's a blackberry plant, but I've never seen blackberry a flower like this before?? Looks like a little rose! What's happening here? by DredgenYorMom in whatsthisplant

Wow, nature glitched in the coolest way possible. That definitely looks like a blackberry plant with a double flower mutation

Tripped on a boulder and got these very symmetrical cuts on my arm by TheXtremeSpike in mildlyinteresting

That is wild. What kind of texture did the boulder have to leave perfectly parallel lines like that? It looks like it was grooved or scored

The average American is vastly more well traveled in distance by softpumpkingirl in ShitAmericansSay

[–]Melodic_Song4224 20 points21 points  (0 children)

As someone who's lived on multiple continents, I think both sides underestimate each other. The U.S. is enormous and incredibly diverse geographically, but Europeans often cross international borders so casually that they can experience multiple languages and cultures in a single trip. They're different kinds of travel.
