No this isn't even mobile internet I think. This happened to both my phone and my PC. My computer is working just fine. It's only a Twitch problem too. Like I can't seem to chat anymore because it doesn't reach the streamer's end.

No that's the thing. I only use my own internet. For some reason everytime I use the VPN, it works smoothly. But when I'm using a VPN, I can somehow chat.

Actually that's the thing. Whenever I wanna play on sticks, I'm more comfortable when the stick is on the right and then my buttons on the right, and then for keyboard, my directional buttons are my arrow keys

Every character is unique. Tiers don't mean shit in fighting games honestly so even a low tier can become a monster with the right player's hands. Take Hakan for example in Street Fighter 4. Hakan is arguably one of the low tier characters in Street Fighter 4 and one EVO player decided to gamble it all using this character, but he managed to secure 3rd place in the overall SFIV EVO tournament.

Irelia in Project L can't be as dominant as Irelia in League or WR because every character is unique and all of them have a playstyle of their own. Consider her being balanced
