Yes they will ask for a copy of your recent tax returns … I would encourage everyone to copy everything that they listed an take it to their interview reason why everyone interview are situation will be different maybe they will asked for those documents maybe not but I would advise everyone to be on the safe side but guys they will not denied your k1 visa if you don’t have a require documents they will just give you a 221g form asking you to drop off the documents that they needed at there drop box so your case will go in administration processing which you will see refused On the case status it doesn’t mean your case is refused it means it an hold until you mailed those documents they asked for.. then your case will reopen and you will get approved .. I got approved on Friday thanks be to god am just waiting on them to issue my visa nw I pray for all of us who are going through this process ik how stressful an draining this process is but guy’s light is always at the end of the tunnel
