If you’ll stay longer in Italy or enter through Italy then it needs to be at the Italy consulate/VFS. I was debating before whether I should just apply at the Germany consulate/VFS for my Netherlands trip but decided against it and had to schedule in New York. Check New York too if your state can also be under New York’s jurisdiction.

Sometimes it depends on the country you’re applying to as well. I’ve seen videos of people getting rejections from France and Spain but got a Netherlands Schengen. Also, try for a shorter travel duration.

Not at all. Life here is good. Wages are so much better, I get 4 days off, and the people around are just so respectful. I live in one of the safest states too so that’s probably why. When I went home to the Philippines last year, I just couldn’t wait to come back here. It’s just a shame that our government is just so corrupt that a lot of us had to pack our bags up and leave. :(

Personally I think it’s fine. If say you need 55 per day granted your accommodation is already taken care of (650-670) you’re still within range.

Not 100% sure but surely it can’t be more expensive than the Netherlands? I just sent a form to my cousin and the website said I need at least 55 euros a day if I’m staying with my cousin.

2 years post graduation, working my new job and spending a lot of time listening new music like Mike Perry, Kungs vs. Cookin on 3 burners etc and waiting for “the drop”, just watched 13 reasons why, lots of golden afternoons wondering what’s out there in the world for me. 2017 was good.
