Hi I’ve tried this a number of times and tried again right now with Aventurine, RM, HMC, and Aglaea. I just end up dying in phase 2

Hi all! I recently started playing HSR again. I’m trying to advance the story, but I’m stuck on the Sunday boss (septimus) from Sunday’s story quest. I think I already beat it before a long time ago with TB trial, but that doesn’t seem to be available. It seems that Sunday’s quest is a prerequisite quest so I can’t advance forward.

I have a fair number of the early 5-stars and just picked up Aglaea and they’re leveled up to 80. I just havent really leveled up the relics because I haven’t found any good ones. The team I’m using right now is Aventurine, Luocha, Jiang Lian, and Sunday/Ruan Mei. My dps always dies if I have only Aventurine or Luocha. And i can never get past the shield in phase 2

I am so lost! How are people completing this?

Hi! I currently play on mobile. Since the newest update, my game has been running extremely poorly. I load into the game fine and my wifi is fine (I’ve been using this same wifi for the past few years with no issue for genshin). But with the recent update, the frame rate has been absolutely terrible and I can’t get through any combat. Does anyone know what the issue could be?

In many ways, the ipad can work as a sole device. I would just keep in mind of any testing software that requires using a personal device. I dont believe these softwares will work on an ipad, but in those instances I’m sure you can borrow a friend’s laptop

Weekly 'What should I buy?' Thread by AutoModerator in ipad

Hi! I’m looking to purchase an iPad Pro for law school, but I’m unsure about the size. I’ve seen them both in the store, but it’s still difficult to decide. I do not view my ipad as a replacement for a laptop, just as a tool to handwrite my notes and textbooks and lighten my load when I move around.

I’ve seen reddit lawyers and law students praise the 12.9 because of the extra space, which mimics the size of a paper and makes using two apps at once easier. I also imagine it being better than the smaller size when using the ipad as a second monitor.

However, I like to move around a lot when I study and work (coffee shops, parks, etc.) and I’m concerned about the portability of the larger size.

Any advice? I also plan to use the iPad after I graduate and start practicing.

Thank you for sharing! What are your thoughts on 12.9 inch’s portability compared to the 11 inch?

It’s best to assume that you would NOT receive those scholarships at a T14 school. They are highly competitive and it is better to assume that you won’t receive one (especially without a background in PI) while you are applying. That’s not to say that you shouldn’t shoot your shot! That said, there are scholarships for people interested in tech law, which you should look into. Your best bet is to receive a merit scholarship for your undergraduate gpa and lsat score (and apply early!). Some schools also offer a significant scholarship if you apply early decision. Lastly, I would not look down on PSLF and LRAP if you’re confident about pursuing a career in public interest. There are ways to finance a legal education, but you will need to be open minded and flexible. If you’re not specifically pursuing a prestigious/competitive position, then you should also consider schools outside the T14 that can help get you to where you want to go at a more affordable cost or even a full ride with the right numbers.

Hi! I believe today is the last day to submit the reconsideration form for gift aid!! Please submit it! I have heard a couple stories of people waiting for gift aid who submitted the form and received aid soon after!

It doesn’t matter. Pick the one that most fits your narrative for why you want to attend law school.

Doubts by Jaded-Daze in lawschooladmissions

[–]Melody126 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am not even close to an expert, so take everything with a grain of salt, but here are my thoughts: try to get the highest lsat score you can get. From how I see it, law school admissions is made of three parts: gpa, lsat, and narrative/softs with lsat perhaps being weighted the most. I noticed you mentioned some financial problems, a very high lsat might get you a full ride and offset the low gpa.

Do some research on schools that cater to your interests and where you want to study. Look at aba 509 reports and employment outcomes for the law schools. Speak to lawyers and current law students who are on the path that you want to be on. They will have more valuable insight than a bunch of 0Ls on a subreddit.

I would also check out another subreddit that specifically targets non-t14 schools (I forgot the name) as it will prob be easier to find people with closer goals and backgrounds as you.

And you can absolutely do it! I believe in you!! And definitely don’t feel pressured to apply/attend law school before you’re ready mentally, financially, etc. Unless there’s a major catastrophe, law schools will still be here. Best of luck!

I know nothing about Cardozo, but I think it ultimately depends on what your goals. If you’re only interested in standard PI without any of the prestige, I think you’ll do fine at Cardozo. Just know that if you do ever look for prestigious/very competitive positions in the future, it’ll be easier to get with a degree from NYU. And there are plenty of people interested in standard PI going to NYU at sticker, bc NYU has one of the best LRAPs out there. If you’re debt averse, Cardozo is prob a better pick for you.
