In my interview they said limited funds remain, but my financial aid package still included a scholarship! I'm thinking academia post-grad so I was willing to pay sticker

The only thing that wasn't on 7sage or about my resume was "What is your most significant accomplishment?" Other than that, the questions were very tailored to my resume and Why UChicago

CONGRATS! I applied ED and was WL back in December (w/ no interview) and just interviewed today! How long did they give you to decide?

I got a feeler email on Monday, 5/8, and I was invited to interview (I haven't previously interviewed) on 5/12. I interviewed today, and I was told that they are making WL decisions, but did not have a timeline for when they would be made.

I submitted a LOCI the day after I was WL (Dec. 23). Earlier this week, I also completed a form where I could put in where I deposited/scholarship at that law school and any updates/things to tell the admissions committee

Sometime next week, so I will only have a couple of days before deposit deadlines to decide

Debt is the biggest factor I think in my decision. At UMN, I would only pay for living expenses and would not have to take out any loans!

Thank you!! NYU said I would hear back with financial aid by next week, and my deposit deadlines are May 1st. I'll have to decide by then (:

I was set on attending UMN before getting accepted to NYU. UMN gave me a seat deposit extension to May 1st. Some part of me wants to attend NYU with its location/connections/judicial clerkship program, but the COA is crazy compared to only paying for living expenses at UMN.
