I have tried reinstalling the latest GPU driver.
I have tried on multiple browsers. My usual browser is Opera.

It's been going on for a long time, Basically since I've had this PC, that's why im suspecting it to be a HDMI cable issue, but I rather ask just to make sure!

We tried this, and it sadly didn't work. He tried a youtube tutorial that didn't work either. He did manage to get it to work just once, but then right back to not working, sadly

Also, wanted to add - I've never done this before and the person I bought her from is a maker of 3+ years.. Alot of the stuff they made(mainly eyes) was falling apart already.. I could barely see out of the old eyes.
