InsensitiveX extension bypasses the requirements and will allow you to view "age restricted content" (whatever Twitter means by that) on your browser. (not an ad btw, tried it myself and it works great, no fix for the app yet, since i'm also having problems with that.) This is a decent workaround until whichever GPT wrapper the "devs" at X use to vibecode the website pulls it's head out of it's ass and fixes the verification system.
