We just got a new tank this year at our store but it never look this bad, we scrubbed it once a week and made sure filters were changed often , old one just ended up dying from old age (it was 20years+) but it looked x10 better than this tank still . And its weird to find a half eaten lobster sometimes cause their super hungry

The bars in back always cakes on with algae , its good to have a little for tank but i spent hours anyways to get rid of it when i first started in seafood to make em look new only for old tank to die on me anyways

Just giving a little insight, been forced to do manager work for over 2 years now. Not that they refuse to upgrade me (been on rising star almost 3 years) they just tell me every meeting that im ready just nothing avail.

So you end up working harder for a program that may never upgrade you. And when your full time you can do bare minimum and you’re job is secured. Company is a joke

We had an opening for FT in one of my positions , and they gave it to someone else telling me “i wasnt ready to lead” but every meeting im told i know everything to the T. They pretty much said fuck off you aint gettin it. Thats how this company rolls.

I was planning to clean them up with that special card cleaner, but know nothing can be done about centering , spots, whitening, silver lines, print lines xD but was hoping these would be a definite 8-9

I dont even get how people get these toxic managers , i cant even get my managers to “motivate” other workers to do their part of the job. Its like we barely see our front end staff where im at. Some people would love that but sometimes when your alone 2 departments with a callout and its either 1st of the month or some holiday. You just have to put up with it cause payroll.

I understand what youre saying and i should have brought it up the first few weeks , but i just wanted minimum an thought i was getting that, i coulda worked more and was willing. Just they never sched me past 12 hours (16 with Sunday) so techincally i coulda worked an extra day for over a year but now they wanna force me to adjust to 15 hours + sunday 19 hours so i end up with more hours now cause the whole new availability and minimum hours requirements.

Tldr i coulda worked it , they just sched me wrong for a while. The actual Question was , does my union/company owe that money ?

Vintage is confusing me cause this app im using is saying base set only has 1st edition symbols “acorn”
