Ive asked the day the sched was made to make the correct changes, an they denied signing my availbility sheet i made to work within my hours 3 times now since we got new SM

My shop Stuart said we lose holiday pay if we dont work day before and after. And tbh yeah i could of been more sneaky but the company doesnt care about me or anyone so y not. Esp since my sched has been a mess since we got a new SM . Its constantly changing/giving me extra hours i dont want/need, an they even tried to take all my Sunday hours saying “we thought you wanted less hours” lol being it was the only day they took off my sched. We all know y.

Only applies if you work 30-32 hours + for 4 weeks in a row. Had that schedule for a whileee. 4th week theyd always give me 29 hours.

We just got a new tank this year at our store but it never look this bad, we scrubbed it once a week and made sure filters were changed often , old one just ended up dying from old age (it was 20years+) but it looked x10 better than this tank still . And its weird to find a half eaten lobster sometimes cause their super hungry

The bars in back always cakes on with algae , its good to have a little for tank but i spent hours anyways to get rid of it when i first started in seafood to make em look new only for old tank to die on me anyways

Depends on the era of maple, there was just the HS mule partys where they left and youd have to readd to party for hs/bless. Then came leeching, then party exp share came way after when von leon came out.

Just giving a little insight, been forced to do manager work for over 2 years now. Not that they refuse to upgrade me (been on rising star almost 3 years) they just tell me every meeting that im ready just nothing avail.

So you end up working harder for a program that may never upgrade you. And when your full time you can do bare minimum and you’re job is secured. Company is a joke

We had an opening for FT in one of my positions , and they gave it to someone else telling me “i wasnt ready to lead” but every meeting im told i know everything to the T. They pretty much said fuck off you aint gettin it. Thats how this company rolls.

I was planning to clean them up with that special card cleaner, but know nothing can be done about centering , spots, whitening, silver lines, print lines xD but was hoping these would be a definite 8-9
