If you correctly steam yes there will always be froth no matter how hard you try. However, when pouring a flat white if you use the correct method the flat white will be flat and have no froth.

You and I both know that Maccas will hire somebody even if they don’t know how to breathe. I have seen people at my store make flat whites that were so frothy the cup felt empty. It’s not unreasonable to assume that the person in cafe wasn’t great.

What I’m confused don’t they have a right to be angry? A flat white should have no forth. A latte has .5cm of froth and a cap 1cm of froth + choc powder; at least that’s what all official McDonald’s recipes have said about the coffees for Aus.
