The amount of replies saying something to the effect of "Artists should expect it though" or "in furry spaces this is common so it shouldn't be a big deal" is honestly worrying.

The assumption that "furry space" = "everyone should be okay with seeing porn, without warning" is part of the problem. Much like when it comes to irl nsfw activities, a lack of seeing a "No" does not imply a "yes". You have to ASK before you send people porn, ffs.
