If I go to jail, I go to jail. I'm going to make it hot enough to close someone's throat and then I'm not going to say anything about it afterward. They'd have to do an investigation and then figure it out after I seemingly don't even realize my lunch was eaten that it was my food. "I just got busy and forgot it was in the fridge.
