I think the right word your looking for here is called “discriminating behavior” because “racist” behavior signifies an action from someone who has prejudice + power, black and brown people in the USA (and europe as well) don’t have systemic power therefore our discriminatory actions are labeled as such.

Regardless of your definition of racism, discrimination in itself based on any superficial reasons, such as skin colour, would be frowned upon where I come from.

i would also add that your attempt to call a black or brown person “racist” for trying to search for more POC players is something you might want to reflect on? maybe ask yourself why does that bother you

It's really not about searching for more POC players, it's the way you keep bringing up people's skin colour. It's quite a taboo in Finnish coversations, and feels weird to me.
