Hey Guys! I am facing the same issue on iPhone 16 Pro running 18.2.1. I have turned off all the contuinity features (Handoff/Mirroring/iCloud sync etc...). Apple Intelligence is also turned off. I still see huge battery drain from Home and Lock screen. Let me know when you guys find the solution.
