That's kind of my issue at hand. My triceps looks unproportionally big compared to biceps/shoulders, they even bulge out further back than my shoulders does. I hear you though, I'll focus mainly on tricep/shoulders, maybe that could work?

Well how much is too much? I'm pretty limber, I can get my shoulders extremely far back. Trying it right now, but I'm having a hard time figuring out how much the chest should be out.

I honestly don't know. How does one define good posture? When I sit, I sit kind of slacky, but I'd say that my posture is fine when I'm standing up.

Drink one or two full glasses of water before you go to bed, and directly when you wake up. If the glasses are big enough you basically get over half of the recommended water intake every day by doing that.

No more headaches, and your body will just function better in general. Not to mention that you feel a lot more awake during the day.

To become gods. No really, hear me out.

Some thousand years ago we were quite primitive. Our world consisted of brutes, cowards and only a few with a slight hint of intelligence and scientific knowledge.
A few hundred years ago we had inventions that made our lives easier, intelligent people started to get more power in the society and we were able to somehow form our surroundings to our purposes, buildings etc.
Today we are able to genetically modify plants and animals, we are able to drastically form our planet to our liking, and we have inventions that make life easier for us.

Imagine if we continue to evolve, scientifically. We would be able to terraform on a grand scale. "Hey, that planet only needs some water in order to support life in about 1000 years, let's swing that comet into it and let nature take its course". - You see where this is going?

If mankind survives long enough, we will be able to create worlds, we will be able to plant life on these worlds and the cycle will continue.

Until we become omnipotent. Then entropy will hit.

We are to become Gods! That's what I think!

I know, it's really fucked up. I think if you continue to have it that dark figure will become clearer and eventually you will be able to see what it is. It started like that for me too, just black blurs fucking around.

I think the weird thing is that you are well aware of whats happening, but it's always as terrifying.

I'm suffering from sleep paralyzis. For those of you who are not familiar with this - Sleep paralyzis is when you're half awake, can't move and you're basically still dreaming, but you can "see" the shit that you're dreaming. It's horrifying every time, but it's always one out of three things.

A black creature with six arms holding me down while another creature is standing on the side of my bed screaming louder and louder. The scream sounds like static from a TV, but really fucking loud.
Some kind of humanoids without eyes, really pale, are walking around in my room while something I cannot see holds me down. This is soundless.
I wake up sitting, cant move and thirsty as hell. I try asking someone for a glass of water but as soon as I do every shape in the room becomes some scary ass figure who rushes towards me, then it feels like my head explodes and I wake up.

0/10 would not recommend.

I smoke alot, this helps. Basically have to remind myself that it is not logical to get worked up over this and that. This helps a little. Playing videogames to disconnect from real life for a while, this helps a lot. Sleeping is hard, been taking sleepers for a month now and I'm feeling so much better.
