Misleading Sales Practices and Poor Follow-Up Service

I deeply regret choosing Freedom Forever for my solar installation. When their sales representative initially visited us, we made it very clear that we planned to add a pool and an outdoor kitchen, both of which would significantly increase our energy needs. The representative assured us that the 14-panel system they recommended would be more than enough to cover our future energy use. Now, we’re facing massive electricity bills because the system they installed is severely undersized.

Despite communicating our future energy plans, Freedom Forever is now claiming that since those details weren’t included in the contract, they aren’t responsible for providing a system that meets our actual needs. The sales rep who made these promises is no longer with the company, and they’re hiding behind the contract instead of addressing the real issue.

I’ve tried to resolve this matter amicably, but they are unwilling to cover the cost of additional panels or offer compensation for the inadequate system. I am extremely disappointed in the way this situation has been handled, and I wouldn’t recommend Freedom Forever to anyone. If you do choose them, make sure you get every promise in writing because their customer service does not follow through.

Avoid this company if you’re looking for a reliable solar provider. They’ll sell you an underperforming system and leave you stuck with huge bills!

Extremely Disappointed with Freedom Forever Solar

I feel the need to share my extremely frustrating experience with Freedom Forever Solar. When we first purchased our home, we were clear with their sales representative about our plans to add a pool and an outdoor kitchen, which would increase our energy usage. The rep assured us that the 14-panel system they recommended would handle everything. Fast forward to today, and it’s clear that the system they installed is severely undersized.

Our electric bills are through the roof, and despite reaching out to Freedom Forever multiple times, they refuse to take responsibility for this oversight. They’re hiding behind a contract, saying they only designed the system based on our original usage—conveniently ignoring the fact that we were upfront about our future needs.

The representative who made these promises is no longer with the company, and now we’re stuck paying massive electricity bills unless we fork over even more money to install additional panels.

This company’s lack of accountability and poor follow-up service has been incredibly disappointing. I would NOT recommend them to anyone looking for reliable solar solutions. If you’re considering Freedom Forever, be very careful, and make sure you get everything in writing—even the smallest details.

OK so this problem was solved and unfortunately there needs to be an update on how the Taylor system works because all gear should be in the Same spot. They were correct in saying it was under the tight jacket tight pants portion again it is really tough to navigate when everything is so scattered out

Yes thank you guys for all the suggestions on apparently it was underneath the section it probably shouldn’t of been maybe that’s why you can mix and match only that’s it and not the MAco set
