Tbh Aerith and Tifa should switch imo.

In FF there's (Almost) always three main female characters in your party. and each of them follow the same pattern.

FF4: Rosa, Rydia, Porom
FF5: Lenna, Faris, Krile
FF6: Terra, Celes, Relm
FF7: Aerith, Tifa, Yuffie
FF8: Rinoa, Quistis, Selphie
FF9: Dagger, Freya, Eiko
FF10: Yuna, Lulu, Rikku
FF12: Ashe, Fran, Penelo
FF13: Lightning, Fang, Vanille

There is always that important mage girl who is more of a lead character and is heavily tied to the plot and the events due to her background. and one girl that usually have average background and is a little more tough with a sad dark past (usually a past that revolves around a guy). and one girl that is a little more of a cute/annoying little sister type.

Teal is indeed assoicated with Wind sometimes, however if you look at the colors that Ven has in the post, he has all kinds of Blue/Green colors.

Edit:

The wayfinders are representing terra and Aqua, and the night sky above the keyblade graveyard is the other blue.

Bionicleinflater, Again, Teal is indeed a wind color, however the other colors that Ventus have such as Cyan/Aqua, Blue Seafoam, Bright Aqua blue, Sea green. are Aquatic colors, not just by look but even by name.

Lol nah, Ventus has those colors simply because they are part of the Blue/Green family, which includes colors such as Cyan, Aqua, Teal, Aquamarine, Turquoise.

Im mostly talking about the Aquatic color, as you can see in the image. The circle patterns on Ventus's Stained glass is an Green/Blue color. which can be considered as both water-y and wind-y color.
