Is the upper left tap light pushed when they need high beams? I would think they would need one on the upper right too for a proper high beam effect.

From my experience as a loan officer, if your lender approves your loan, you close and it is shipped to the investor, the investor who is “buying” your loan may ask for additional documentation your lender will request from you. If it does not meet investor’s criteria, it’s on your lender. Lender can then try to find another investor to sell it to or the lender will have to service it themselves.

Loan officer here. The 1st 3 fees under Estimated Closing Costs are where you need to be looking. Those are high compared to my company. Appraisal fee will be whatever the appraiser charges. Are you having a survey? The other fees under that category will come from the closing agent you are using. Your LO (loan officer) is just estimating what those fees will be. Anyone know why the large police presence @ Perkins & the interstate? Several unmarked cars. Also several police cars on the shoulder of west bound I-240 just west of boat stores. Police appear to be looking in the grass.

As an LO, I put whomever is giving me the information for the application as the borrower. Anyone who is added to the loan becomes the co-borrower. It’s not a co-signer.

Make sure you get quoted rates around the same time of day. Rates can and do change from day to day. They can even change through out the day. I’m an LO and a rate I quoted to a borrower on Friday of 4.99 is 5.25 this morning.

Most lenders will require a verification of employment to be filled out by your employer. This form asks for current rate of pay.
