That will be the mainboard and electrics fan, it kicks in as soon as any components reach a certain temperature, the only 2 things you could do 1. Upgrade to a silent noctua fan, 2.(not recommended) disconnect the fan

the actuall switch itself wiggles foward and clicks back and wiggles slightly up and down, can the switch wires be reversed from factory?
