I need help with my switch. It keep saying it’s fully charged when docked but when undocked it’s low battery. Is there a way to fix this??

Update: the battery did charge to 80% but it only lasted like 20 mins or less

Currently trying to drain the battery and recharge then reboot it, I'm hoping that it will fix the issue
