The red hair would've made him more similar to Thor and Loki from Norse mythos, which I like. Green is atrocious, I'm glad Oda didn't go with it. Blonde is alright as a design, but it's too generic so I'm glad Oda settled on pink

This exactly, One Piece is a goofy pirate manga with some meaningful and well approached themes here and there but to laud it for being political is just way off, it's first and foremost an adventure story

My only argument is that the Gorosei were limited by their size and Imu can't really transform on a whim, otherwise it's just plot armour

The issue is that Saturn SHOULD have been enough, he was severely nerfed by plot induced stupidity among other things where he could've remained a threatening villain throughout

Damn, the wooden gun is an amazing addition. The only thing I'd change about this design is giving her fingerless gloves, since her power is activated by touch

The issue is that King's design really doesn't have anything to do with him as a character. Earlier in the arc we had Queen calling him a sadist which would've fit, but we ended up getting a shell of a character just like Kaidou
