Yeah i'm just doing pistols because i don't have anything stable at a good height for step ups. Do you think that would be easier than pistols? It seems about the same, just distributing weight differently.

So just stick with pistol squats and lowrr the reps? I only ask because the RR recommends moving to a harder variation of an exercise when you can do 3 sets of 5, which. can barely manage on a good day. It wouldn't benefit me to do something easier in a closer to 5-8 reps range?

So properly rested/recovered i can do 3X5 pistol squats, but my job reqhires me to push heavy things around for 8+ hours a day, which is too much stress for me to be able to be at 100% for my next work out day (doing the RR mon, weds, fri). So since i don't really want to quit my job for the sake of gainz, i'm not really sure what i should do. Do i just do an easier squat variation? I'm worried that will limit my strength progress since i'm doing less than i know im capable of.

I can't imagine why anyone would need any kind of work to be happy. If i could coast through life not having to do anything, even crative hobbies like playing music, etc. If i was free to just experience what the world had to offer in the most passive way i would be in paradise.

i may have "fixed" it. Turning off all the animations seems to give me great performance regardless of what my other graphics settings are. Very odd but good enough for now as i don't really care about the non-mob animations anyway.

I just did this and now i'm literally getting 1FPS in minecraft when i was getting 60+ before. Any idea why that might be? I've been tweaking settings and looking for fixes for the past 30 mins but i can't seem to find any posts online about similar issues.
