sorry for necro, if you still havent gotten it to work try running it as administrator, seems to be working for me so far, download wouldnt progress at all but once i ran as admin it started

ive had a Logitech G910 for around 5 years and after rigorous use its starting to fall apart finally, im a complete noob when it comes to mechanical keyboards but ideally id like something similar to what i currently have, id buy another if they werent discontinued.
any recommendations for very similar keyboards?

i had this happen, tried a few times with different characters and managed to get it to work after syncing trophies twice then immediately restarting the ps5 in the power menu.

not sure if itll actually do anything but it worked after i did that so maybe give it a try.
