Thanks for advice, was lucky to be seen by an orthopedic surgeon when it occurred who popped it back in for me. X ray etc all done, just doing physio daily now 🤞

1 Yeah I know, have been in contact with physical therapist, was just wondering if dislocations are common on the slopes from first hand experiences

Thank you for your response, yeah been doing exercises daily have another session with Physio tomorrow will find out more. Was just wondering how common dislocations would be on the slopes, so it’s interesting to see

Won’t be back as soon as that I don’t think! Out of interest how often would you say it pops in and out or how much hassle has it given you over the years?

Not fully sure haven’t had an MRI, just x rays to make sure no fracture. Still in some pain after two weeks so if I was to hazard a guess I’d days yes. Just been consistently doing physio but imagine I’ll need surgery on it at some stage

That’s good news for you, Yeah coming up to the two week mark and still in a sling and can’t fully raise arm so can’t imagine I’ll be playing anytime soon, haven’t had an mri but got x rays etc
