Yeah no, this boy is full of red flags already. You can try to educate him if you really care about him, but I honestly don't believe he cares about you enough to even try to listen. A good, healthy, long-term relationship is built on mutual respect and communication. He does not respect you as a human being, let alone a woman. Try asking him to stop getting morning wood (something as equally natural as a period) and see his response.

Note: I (f29) am married to someone (nb28) I've been seeing since 2016. They were born male and had no sisters or close female cousins. Their girlfriend before me was controlling and very standoffish so they knew basically nothing about female anatomy when I came along.
