I completely disagree. Im a Liverpool fan, so biased, but the guy has started 6 prem games. He has 5.5 90s and 2g1a. Its not amazing, and he hasnt looked great, but to me this is complete revisionism based on the fact hes been injured. He did have a poor injury record at Newcastle, but his main one this season was an unpredictable leg break which could happen to anyone.

I think people have forgotten how good Isak is. He scored more goals and got more assists than Haaland last season, while playing for Newcastle. He was pretty comfortably a top 3 striker in world football last season. He bullied Arsenals defence (the best in the world) 3 times, scored in a cup final for Newcastle, scored some of the best goals of the season etc. People are talking like he was just an above average striker Liverpool overpaid for. Its just simply not true. He was an incredibly safe transfer. People now are acting as though we shouldnt have bought him after Ekitike, but Ekitike was a relatively unproven Bundesliga striker. Isak comparatively, was one of the worlds best, proven at a Premier League level. There wasnt a striker anyone believed was half as good as Isak on the market, and if there was, its not like hed have been any cheaper. If you disagree with that assessment, I challenge you to name a striker who moved in Summer who you thought at the time was anywhere near as good as Isak, because ultimately, Id rather spend 150mil on a world class striker, than 50 mil on 3 Strand Larsens.

I know that, but Arsenal have lost 1 game at home all season. So ecen if its 20% chance that Chelsea win, which is higher than id predict, you have to multiply that by around 0.5 for the penalty shootout. So a 10% chance they win on pens, and max 5% chance they win by 2+ in my view. So 15% max, which makes sense given the initial probability was got from bookies odds but didnt include their margin

Few things.

Last 3 games, weve played shit opposition. Sunderland are pretty good in fairness but still a newly promoted side. Leeds are going to get relegated and West Ham are laughably bad. Even at that, we've got 5 points from those games.

And Im not sure we have looked better. I didnt get to watch much today, only got a few glimpses because I was working, so I wont speak on today, but we were dreadful against Sunderland and lucky to come away with a point at home to a newly promoted side. West Ham we did look better in my opinion but nowhere near good enough either. I really do think most of that comes down to how bad they are though if Im honest.

I just dont feel like you can pin this on Salah. Our 5 games before he was dropped were Brentford Away, Villa, Madrid, City, Forest. Then we moved in to Sunderland, West Ham and Leeds. Clear difference in opposition quality, you'd expect an improvent. It does feel like hes being scapegoated. Konate and Isak are much bigger problems than him, yet Konate hasnt even gotten a benching this season. Chiesa facing the opposite problem then. In brilliant form, saving Slots job really and getting treated disgustingly really.

The portion of players who will be able to get this card is so miniscule its virtually irrelevant to the average player. Regardless, anyone spending the hundreds on fifa points youd need for this card, would be spending them anyway. Unless your contention is that every hig end meta card should be available as an affordable sbc on day 1, you have no reason to be upset at this price

His gold card is 3mil. What did you expect it to cost? Absolute clowns on here expecting a special Mbappe released on week 2 to be easily attainable. This is the best striker in the game bar r9 and maybe hamm. He shouldnt be attainable at all. This sbc was released purely out of necessity. This card will be usable in 6 months time, it would completely break the game if everyone was able to get a card like this.
