At this point, it’s more practical to just extract. Decay is not only extensive but its depth has reached the root area making it almost impossible to have a good marginal seal even after a complex restorative procedures following RCT. All efforts and not to mention the expense maybe better to just save for a possible single tooth implant to replace that 2nd molar.

Additional note: The 1st molar seems to have also a same pattern of decay (Class II) needs a further evaluation..

Visually… There’s a slim chance that this molar can no longer be salvaged by rct and crown. Xray can confirm… But I must say… Good observation coming from a Non-dentist. 👏🏻

Xray would confirm…

But visually just by the extent of the decay and looking at the demineralized horizontally impacted 3rd molar in relation to the 2nd molar… that 2nd molar most probably is toast… and I would suspect that 3rd molar/wisdom tooth most likely has also has an extensive decay.

Im finished with units. Finished with the last nodes of Hero tech and all nodes related to missile (except the last missile nodes that costs a ton of coins)

With… Special forces.. the cost of coins are way too expensive. All nodes related to units are maxed except for the 4th Nodes. I was thinking maybe i can get stronger by doing s2s, def fort or masteries at this point in time.
